Jackson Premier Overhead was founded with a simple goal: provide the kind of honest, dependable service homeowners and businesses deserve while creating more time to invest in family and the local community.
ROBERT
JACKSON
Robert entered the door and access systems industry nearly 12 years ago working for a small company. Over the years he learned and grew, until making the tough decision to part ways and follow his dreams of owning his own company. In 2022 he opened Jackson Premier Overhead. Robert had a desire to be more present for his family and community, learn and grow in the industry, and bring an exceptional level of service to customers. When he’s not working, you can find Robert in a treestand, at the lake, or coaching his son's sports teams.
KATHERINE
JACKSON
When Robert first spoke of starting his own company, Katherine made it her mission to make that dream a reality. Katherine not only works the office, she is also hands on at every job site. She was no stranger to a power tool and quickly found the finesse for garage doors.
Robert and Katherine are both members of the International Door Association and attend yearly educational events. Continued education plays an important role in staying up to date on the latest design trends, technology advancements and safety standards of an ever evolving industry. Additionally, Robert is an International Door Education Association (IDEA) certified technician, with Katherine testing later this year.
